PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER!
Please note that due to current restrictions on the selling or import of hemp edibles, we cannot currently sell our products in the following short-sighted states: AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DE, IA, ID, MT, NJ, OR, WY, WA, UT AND VT. We keep track of changing state laws and if your state either changes to allow or disallow our products, we'll know and modify our sales accordingly. Noting that the alcohol and marijuana lobbies have seen to it that we're kept out of these markets to protect their financial interests. No free market economy in the states where industry people are so frightened by our expertise that they'll pay off politicians in an effort to deny open commerce and consumers a choice of healthy, well-made products.
Debbie's Homegrown sells products that have a limited shelf life, are perishable, taken internally or placed on the skin, Due to health regulations, we are not able to accept the return of any of our products. Depending on your particular situation, we may consider compensating you in some way in an effort to ensure your happiness. That noted, all sales are final.
Your order will be shipped in 2-3 business days.
Products will be delivered to the address the customer provides at checkout via your chosen method of delivery.
We do not ship outside of the United States.
Hemp derived products (<0.3% by dry weight) are federally legal.
Certain products that we sell may or may not be legally shipped to your state or district. We suggest you check the latest updates online (as we do) to ensure what you order is legal in your area. If we get an order what cannot be shipped to your state/district, we will inform you of that issue by your chosen method of contact.
To date, the following states and the District of Columbia, restrict some or all of our products:
